When spending time in the outdoors some insects may be around. However we will do our best to avoid these if we can but nature will continue with or with out us around. There will be insect repellent available and if you are prone to being bitten by mosquitoes bring long sleeve tops and pants for extra protection.

Absolutely. We are very fortunate we live in a world where we can make the choice of what we put in our body so we cater for all dietary requirements. However we must be informed of these prior to your retreat.

Not always. Some locations will have them, however not all will. As this is a shorter outdoor adventure, we encourage participants to embrace the rustic experience and connect with nature in its raw beauty. Please come prepared for a more back-to-basics camping experience. Rest assured, the focus will be on enjoying the simple life, breathtaking surroundings, and memorable activities that the trip has to offer.

I recommend bringing wet wipes, if you think you may want to freshen up.

No alcohol will not be permitted at our camping retreats. We believe in creating an environment that promotes well-being, mindfulness, and the enjoyment of nature in its purest form. By abstaining from alcohol, we ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, as well as encourage a deeper connection with oneself and the natural surroundings.
