CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Cancellation by Participant:

    • More than 30 Days Before Retreat: Participants canceling their reservation more than 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat date will receive a full refund minus a 4% processing fee.

    • Between 15 and 30 Days Before Retreat: Participants canceling between 15 and 30 days before the retreat will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Less Than 15 Days Before Retreat: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat.

  2. Cancellation by Savvy Swags:

    • Savvy Swags reserves the right to cancel a retreat for any reason. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by Savvy Swags, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid minus the booking fee. Savvy Swags is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the retreat.

  3. Transfer of Reservation:

    • Participants may transfer their reservation to another individual with written notification to Savvy Swags at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date. The new participant must meet all the requirements and conditions of participation.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
